"I had a major issue with getting the new insurance policy fs-1 form submitted to the DMV after license plate was taken and I was unable to operate vehicle due to lapse in insurance. Definitely my fault! However, I got a new policy and this local agency submitted the new form on the same day. It’s been 12 days later and I’m just now receiving my new tags for my vehicle. Although this has placed major stress on my finances and mental state as I have to rent out vehicles just to get here and there and not break the law and I have had countless conversations with State Farm agents and DMV agents. I remained patient and even gave the process 3-4 business days before I would call State Farm and go to DMV to get updates. This has been a long and tiring process. The case even had to get escalated today because despite submitting the fs-1 form several times, the DMV was not receiving the instant electronic submissions. I am very frustrated today but as I’m finally holding license plate in my hand I have to thank Ms. Venus for dealing with my attitude today and my countless calls with her to get her to get on 3-way call with me and the DMV. She was able to remain calm under pressure and even waited with me on hold as I called the DMV. She was the also the only one in the office who called me back with updates when she received them. Ms. Mya was also helpful in getting the new policy escalated as one of her colleagues failed to be attentive and actually create the new policy. So long post but I do want to thank Ms. Venus and Ms. Mya for baring with me and talking me through the process. Thank you ladies! God bless!"
