I called him several times…no answer. He finally returned my call after I tried to FaceTime him. This low level of service is unbelievable given that I have been a long-term customer with multiple policies. And to boot, he has mispronounced my name for several years. You would think at some point he would write it in his phone phonetically. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this agent."

"I canceled my policy with State Farm. I emailed Chris Godley and I also called the receptionist to let them know that my policy has been canceled. A few days later, they withdraw the payment out of my account, which caused my account to be over drafted. Have been calling them for a whole week leaving my name and #. NO ONE never called me back. I reached out to ASIA and she did respond. Thank you ASIA for caring. This company would NOT have lasted this long without you. Still have not received my money back, yet....Still waiting 😠"
