"Do not go to this State Farm location. When I canceled my policy a few months ago, they never gave me any partial refund, even though I had just paid $500 right before canceling. I called customer service, and they reached out to this agency—who claimed they’d been “waiting on billing” for 3 months. Yeah, right! They finally called me back, but instead of addressing my car insurance refund, they started talking about my renters insurance (which I already knew I wasn’t getting a refund for, since I’d received a letter about it over 2 months ago). The moment I asked about my car insurance, the rep said he’d call me back… and it’s been over a day with no response. Save yourself the trouble—go somewhere else. If you or a family member is a veteran, check out USAA insurance. They’re so much cheaper! I will never go back to this agency after this experience."

"I have been with Chris State Farm for over a year and I have nothing but good things happen. First I call in expecting a increase to policy for changing deductible, Venus helped me and she is just the best, and guess what, not only did my deductible go down, my policy overall went down too. Little things like this happen with them from time to time, saving $300 for 6 months policy you can’t beat. Also I have my home under them too, with straight $1000 deductible, a lot of places want you to pay percent of damages, that could runs thousands of dollars, not Chris State Farm, so check them out and ask for Venus!!!!"

"I took my dad here to pay his insurance because he’s old school and rather pay money order . Anyway office was closed and no return . The company car was outside and the person seemed to leave early . BTW no pick up on the phone call"

"I needed some clarity and direction on my policy so I stopped by the office and had the pleasure to speak with Venus Irizarry. Venus took the time to review a portion of my policy and made helpful suggestions in that regard.
