I've lived in Eastern North Carolina my entire life. I was raised on a small farm by my grandparents in Washington, NC. This country upbringing instilled in me the importance of hard work, family, and treating everyone fairly, from an early age. I started in the industry in 1997, as a home service life agent and I quickly understood the importance of building relationships with my policy holders.

I received my LUTCF designation from The American College in 2009. I also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2012, which represents the top 1% of all insurance agents in the world. State Farm has provided a platform to help me become a better leader for my community, philanthropy, serve on several boards as well as mentor our kids. Most importantly it has helped me make one on one connections with Pitt County residents and form lasting relationships.
